The next writer of the week goes to another Oscar nominated writer, Taylor Sheridan. His newest movie, “Hell or High Water,” has been nominated for Best Original Screenplay. Taylor is a fairly new writer in Hollywood, and is only known for his other hit, “Sicario.” It’s an amazing movie if you haven’t seen it. Prior to writing, Taylor had a career as a TV actor in shows like “Veronica Mars” and “Sons of Anarchy.”

“What was the initial spark of inspiration for this script?”

“How important is it for you craft these important topical and existential messages into a genre film?”
