I just love Spider-Man. What other superhero could sit next to you on the subway and just start talking to you like you’re already pals? Into the Spider-Verse has been making waves. People are saying it’s not just the best animated movie of the year, but also the best superhero movie of the year. I wholeheartedly agree. If you haven’t seen it yet, you should do yourself a favor and check it out while it’s still playing in theaters.

Chris Miller and Phil Lord are also known for directing and writing Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs, The Lego Movie, 21 Jump Street, and 22 Jump Street. You should add all these movies to your list if you haven’t seen them. They’re full of heart, and will certainly make you laugh out loud.

A couple of questions from the interview:

“Visually, it really is unlike any animated film we’ve seen before. What was some of the main inspiration for the look of it?”

“Fans have been itching to see Miles Morales in a Spider-Man movie for a while. When it comes to that character, what was the most important thing for you in terms of bringing him to life? What was the most important thing to get right?”

“How did you go about deciding what alternate-universe Spider characters to include?”
