The Dialogue: Learning from the Masters

A few years ago, the owner of theOffice, Aleks Horvat, produced a series of in depth interviews with some of today’s most successful screenwriters and released them on DVD.

Now, for the first time ever, they are available on Youtube in full. The interviews are over an hour long and provide incredible insight into what it takes to be a working screenwriter today- everything from the creative process, to navigating the business side of the industry.

Here’s the first part of screenwriter Billy Ray’s interview. Ray’s credits include The Hunger Games, Captain Phillips, State of Play, and many others… (including Scorsese’s upcoming Sinatra biopic).

If you like what you see, check out the whole series here. You’ll find interviews with Callie Khouri, Paul Haggis, The Farrelly Brothers, and many, many more!

Undeniably believe that which you stated. Your favorite justification seemed to be on the net the easiest thing to be aware of.
I say to you, I definitely get irked while people think about worries that they plainly don’t know about.

as defined out the whole thing without having side-effects
